H&S collects membership dues at the beginning of the school year. This money is used to provide our hard working teachers and staff with gifts at two very important times throughout the school year – Christmas and the end of the year.
We ask each family to contribute to help in this effort.
The current dues are $60/per family. You can pay via Venmo at @SBCA-HomeSchool… or you can pay by check made out to: SBCA Home & School. Please ensure you put “H&S Dues with your child(ren) name ” in the memo/comments. If you would like to send a check, please put it in an envelope addressed to Amanda Nee and have your child give it to their teacher to give to Amanda.
In November Room Reps will reach out to their class to coordinate creating a Christmas Basket. The baskets are raffled off at the Jingle Bell Run, Pizza with Santa and the Christmas Concert. Every dollar is given to the teachers as a Christmas gift from the families of the school. Due to Covid we are unable to host in person events. We are currently working on an alternate way to raise money.
These gifts are our way of giving back to our hard-working and dedicated teachers!
